Application
Fasten Hopesun double stranding machine is especially designed for making facial contact lay steel wire rope, parallel lay steel wire rope, point contact lay steel wire rope, stainless steel wire rope, galvanized steel wire rope, plastic coated steel wire rope, ungalvanized steel wire rope, etc.
Feature
1. With the frame structure, the machine has high rigidity and strength, good performance and high running speed.
2. Changing spool adopts turbine-electric clamping and manual clamping. Each clamping mode has mechanical locking protection.
3. Pay off tension is controlled by mechanical friction or pneumatic tension to keep the tension stable.
4. With an advanced broken wire pulse braking device to directly control the spool. When any spool is wire broken or used up, machine will automatically stop and brake in time, which solves the problem that it is not easy to repair after wire breaking.
5. Double wheel and double pull-through motor enhances traction. Pneumatic die device keeps the cable fasten when stop, and the stranding lay length stable.
