June 3, Fasten Group held the 23rd Innovation Conference.

Chairman Zhou Jiang reviewed the Group's achievements in science and technology innovation, platform cooperation, standard guidance, talent management and other aspects in the past year, pointed out the problems and shortcomings in the innovation work, and deployed the future direction of innovation work.

First is to outline the overall situation and approve scientific projects. The Group has established the goal of building the "14th Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Innovation", and should include innovation in the responsibility system of each sub-group.

Second is to let go of worries and be full of passion. Scientific researchers should put aside their concerns and dare to imagine. It is necessary to let the existing and future innovation management system create a good environment for talents, fully stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the employees in carrying out their work.

Third is to integrate resources and optimize management. It is necessary to make good use of the industry-university-research cooperation platform, actively participate in activities of government departments, take the initiative to cooperate with universities and scientific research institutes, and do a good job in the transformation of scientific research achievements in quality control, cost control and market development.

Fourth is to make key breakthrough. Each sub-group and management center should form a thinking of key breakthroughs and concentrate on doing great things. Scientific researchers should make layouts and conduct in-depth research according to the actual situation.
