Application
Fasten Hopesun tubular stranding machine is especially designed for making facial contact lay steel wire rope, parallel lay steel wire rope, point contact lay steel wire rope, stainless steel wire rope, galvanized steel wire rope, plastic coated steel wire rope, ungalvanized steel wire rope, etc.
Feature
♦ High efficiency, energy saving, consumption reduction, strong structure and low noise.
♦ Tension system ensures equal tension of each pay-off wire, improves the quality of strand.
♦ Detection and protection system includes automatic stop protection for broken wire, power failure and mechanical failure.
♦ Disc brake system is highly responsive. Machine stops in 3-5 seconds, ensures safety efficiently.
♦ Imported SKF bearing supports the drum, the whole frame and machine runs smoothly (Brand of bearing can be chosen by customers)
♦ Automatic operation and simple maintenance. Each cradle position designed with a small mesh observation window for observing. Automatically stop the equipment when the preset value of meter counter has been reached.
♦ Safe to operate, only when rotor stops, can safety cover be opened.
♦ Electric control system is equipped with PLC touch screen, frequency converter, servo, low-voltage appliances, etc. It selects domestic and international well-known brands or the brand customer requires.
