Application
Fasten Hopesun double stranding machine is especially designed for making facial contact lay steel wire rope, parallel lay steel wire rope, point contact lay steel wire rope, stainless steel wire rope, galvanized steel wire rope, plastic coated steel wire rope, ungalvanized steel wire rope, etc.
Feature
1. Pay-off tension is stable, and the friction of tension arm is chain type.
2. Equipped wire breaking protection.
3. Equipped with straightener, broken wire detection, double slot lead screw wire arrangement and variable frequency motor take-up.
4. Take-up spool can be selected by customer’s requirements.
5. Equipped with LED lighting, the opening of safety door will stop the machine urgently.
6. With strong applicability, high production efficiency, stable quality, convenient operation, low maintenance rate and low noise.
7. Display lay length, strand length, strand diameter, lubricant temperature, etc. on the screen according to users’ requirement.
8. Surface of the cover and structural parts of the equipment to be supplied is smooth and re-painted. The paint color shall meet the requirements of the buyer
