Product	Electro-galvanizing production line
Application	Adopted chemical electroplating process to galvanize the steel wire surface. The finished electro galvanized wire surface is shining and dezincification. It is widely used in various fields, such as construction, handicraft, wire mesh, wall mesh, highway fence, product packaging and daily civilian.
Feature	The coating is equal, thin, bright and highly excellent. Electro galvanized wire production line is used for zinc plating on black iron wire and black annealing wire. The equipment and galvanized formula are adopting most advanced technology, with sealed acid pickling, no acid smell.
Process	Pay-off → degreasing →washing → pickling → series washing → electro galvanizing → series washing → hot water washing → drying → take-up
